Ayla Alliance adheres to the Codes of Ethics established by the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance (NEDA), and the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO), ensuring the privacy of all clients and their families is respected and protected.

- Maintain protection of information received in confidence from individuals, families, caregivers, and involved professionals.
- Ensure client confidentiality regarding all information and materials, except where authorized by the client or required by law.
- Share information only with written permission, or, in life threatening situations only, when all efforts to obtain permission have been exhausted.
- Apply precautions to safeguard electronic, written, and verbal communications with all relevant parties, including family and colleagues.
- Continue privacy protections for individuals and involved parties after death.
- Obtain written consent before disclosing case details for educational purposes, and anonymizing names and identifying information.
- Exercise discretion when sharing confidential information with colleagues and maintain the privacy of all parties concerned.
Ayla Alliance will collect and retain client information in accordance with the provisions outlined in our Client Service Agreement. All information will be securely stored, accessible only to authorized personnel, and managed as confidential, consistent with the standards established in the previously outlined Code of Ethics.
By submitting a request to schedule a consultation or completing the Initial Intake form, you authorize communications with Ayla Alliance. The contact and demographic information you provide will be utilized for appointment scheduling, client profile development, preparation of tailored action plans, and distribution of updates. Additional information relevant to fulfilling contracted services may be requested as needed.

Ayla Alliance does not share or sell client information for marketing or solicitation. However, there are circumstances where disclosure of client information may be required. These situations would include:

- Necessity for completion of contracted services (i.e., contacting accounts or reporting agencies)
- Collaboration with or referral to relevant third-party professionals as approved by client.
To enhance productivity and customer experience, website analytics are collected regarding visitor interactions with the site.
