The parameters that require sequencing complex responsibilities in just the right order and with the proper documentation would be a demanding feat on the best day. When coupled with the grief that diminishes our emotional balance and cognitive resiliency, it can feel overwhelming and never ending.
It would be great if the world stopped long enough to let us catch our breath. Unfortunately, none of us live in a vacuum. There are still careers to manage and personal obligations that require our attention. If you have children, you may also struggle with helping them navigate the loss while managing your own well being. Where do you even begin?
Estate planners, financial advisors, and funeral directors are invaluable resources. They will give you a starting point and provide guidance on the next steps. Still, there will be decisions to make and seemingly endless paperwork to complete. That is where Ayla Alliance bridges the gap. By working in conjunction with you and these professionals, we will build a comprehensive plan that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Our Service Approach & Process
Our Approach
While Ayla Alliance offers comprehensive services to provide support before, during, and after a loss, our approach is customized to your needs. During our consultation we will discuss your current priorities and determine the plan, services, and approach that suit you best. By providing insight into the various facets, we will guide you through the steps to navigate forward.
Depending on the complexity of your circumstances, some of our services may require minimal time to complete, while others may be longer term projects with multiple milestones. Some may allow us to complete the necessary tasks on your behalf and others will require that we work together to wrap them up.
A specialized action plan and follow-up coaching may be the perfect solution in the beginning stages of preplanning. While a knowledgeable sounding board and hands-on practical assistance may be needed when caught off guard by an impending loss. In the aftermath of loss, having someone manage administrative and organizational tasks may help regain balance. Regardless of your current needs, we will work to take as much off your plate as possible.
Even with the best laid plans, unexpected challenges will arise. So, it is possible that your service needs may evolve. Regular check-ins and continual communication are built into our collaboration, so there will be opportunities to adjust as we go along. Again, the services we offer are designed around you, so you tell us what we can do to help.
Our Process
When you Schedule A Free Consultation, you will be directed to answer a few simple questions. Once complete, we will schedule your initial consultation. Depending on your preference, this will be conducted via phone call or video chat and may take about an hour.
It is alright if you are not sure what questions you have or what services you need just yet. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and better understanding your situation will help guide our approach. At the end of our consultation, if you feel comfortable that Ayla Alliance can provide the guidance and support you are looking for, we will take the next steps to begin our collaboration.
To move forward, a $195 deposit will be collected (and applied to our service agreement) to authorize creation of the framework for your customized action plan. The next step will be scheduling an in-person follow-up meeting to review the plan together. This will allow us to make any necessary adjustments and clearly define the services, scope, priorities, duration, and cost. After the immediate questions have been answered and everything looks good, we are ready to get to work for you.
