Ayla Alliance adheres to the Codes of Ethics established by the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance (NEDA), and the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO), ensuring the privacy of all clients and their families is respected and protected.

Ayla Alliance will collect and retain client information in accordance with the provisions outlined in our Client Service Agreement. All information will be securely stored, accessible only to authorized personnel, and managed as confidential, consistent with the standards established in the previously outlined Code of Ethics.
By submitting a request to schedule a consultation or completing the Initial Intake form, you authorize communications with Ayla Alliance. The contact and demographic information you provide will be utilized for appointment scheduling, client profile development, preparation of tailored action plans, and distribution of updates. Additional information relevant to fulfilling contracted services may be requested as needed.

Ayla Alliance does not share or sell client information for marketing or solicitation. However, due to the nature of services provided in a proxy capacity, there are circumstances where disclosure of limited client information may be required with careful consideration and explicit consent.
